As a Land and Property Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Land & Property Team around the management of the Tenanted Estate.
You will also manage the periodic hiring of PAC Facilities to third parties and ensure safe and appropriate use (casual use).
This means you will be required to assist the Land & Property Manager in the development and drafting of casual use licences and lease administration for third party users across surplus facilities and the Tenanted Estate.
You will manage customer and stakeholder liaison regarding licensing services, and liaise with ADSL, Garrison Management Teams, and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation to co-ordinate bookings.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work calmly under pressure and tight deadlines, prioritise tasks, pay attention to detail, work proactively, and use initiative.
This is a customer-focused role, so you should also be a good communicator,well organised and above all, a team player with the ability to manage all stakeholder expectations.

Ready to join the team?
You must have a full UK Driving Licence and should be familiar with Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel.
And while not essential, it would be desirable to have experience in Property/Event Management, knowledge of Health & Safety Risks, previous customer focused role and experience working in a similar DIO environment would be an advantage.

Up to £25,500 per annum
