A well established manufacturing/engineering business is seeking a proactive and autonomous HR Advisor to provide a generalist service, whilst working as part of an established and experienced HR team.

The role will require you to provide a truly generalist HR service to a highly varied internal customer base, touching on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.


To be considered for this role you will:

Need to have some experience of handling low level case management with the hunger and desire to develop in order to take on more complex case management.

Be a true HR Generalist, having touched on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Be excited about working within a fast paced manufacturing facility.

This role does not offer hybrid working, so you will need to be present on site 5 days a week.

This is an exciting role for someone with the right can-do attitude looking to develop their skills and experience.
