Description
Future Build Recruitment is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a leading Civil Engineering specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily input of supplier's invoices, matching orders, and good received notes.
  • Monthly Payment Reconciliations.
  • Preparing payment runs.
  • Deal with all queries with suppliers.
  • To balance all supplier statements on monthly basis, investigate differences and contact the supplier for copies invoices/credits.
  • To amend and maintain existing accounts and maintain the filing system
  • To collaborate closely with other members of the finance team

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
