The opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with the UKs largest union and professional bodies.

We are supporting them to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

What the Senior Marketing Executive will be doing
The Purpose of the Senior Marketing Executive is to

Develop and execute innovative marketing plans that amplify the organisation's voice and enhance its visibility.
Utilise market intelligence and research to inform decisionmaking, adapting strategies to changing landscapes.
Analyse campaign effectiveness, tracking key metrics and ROI to continually refine and optimise strategies.
Represent the organisation at events and exhibitions, showcasing the benefits of membership and fostering member recruitment.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, providing expertise and contributing to successful marketing endeavours.

What the successful Senior Marketing Executive will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who has.

Diploma or certificate in marketing (CIM or equivalent).
Knowledge of contemporary nursing, health & social care issues.
Marketing experience at middle to senior level, including market research, strategy, and planning.
Experience and understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Experience in managing business processes, e.g., project management, risk management, operational planning, and budget setting.
Effective communication across diverse stakeholders at all organisational levels.
