Kaboodle, a leading kitchen appliance installation company, are looking for a Project Support Administrator to join our Housebuilder Site team at the headquarters in Stevenage.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide detailed and accurate administration support to our Site team.

The Role

  • Build relationships with our clients and customers.
  • Handle incoming calls and administrate all following actions.
  • To provide support in the onboarding of customers onto our portal, the loading of jobs, and the updating of project status.
  • Administrate the company's software platforms so that all records and jobs are up to date.
  • Assist in the administration and resolution of stock issues.
  • Gain an understanding of our Client's Promotions and spikes in jobs coming up to proactively communicate any issues that are likely to arise.
  • Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner.
  • Deal with any customer queries.
  • Update customers on the status of their orders.
  • Any other duties that are appropriate to the role.

What we are looking for:


Essential:


  • Previous experience in a Customer support and Administration role.
  • Excellent attention to detail in both writing and numeracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and problemsolving skills.
  • A good level of IT literacy.
  • Quick to learn new processes.

Desirable:


  • Previous experience in a Customer Service Role.
  • Kitchen and/or kitchen appliance industry knowledge.
  • A proven track record of administration roles.
  • Evidence of excellent problemsolving capabilities.
  • English at GCSE level.
  • IT Literate in Excel
