- Personal Insolvency, Trust Deeds, Bankruptcy
- Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 principles and the requirements of Property Factors (Scotland) Act, Code of Conduct 201
- Property sales/ conveyancing in particular to secure floats, deposits and mandates for unpaid sums before sales conclude.
- Reporting to the Head of Credit Control on a regular basis
- Performing scheduled routines for reminders, demand and final demands
- Reviewing daily payment postings and updating court ledgers
- Providing debt reports to Property management team
- Identifying debts which are potentially unrecoverable, as soon as possible
- Meeting regularly with Property management team to discuss cases of concern
