We are looking for a maintenance contractors to look after our portfolio of rented properties in the South West London area.

Based in Brixton and the surrounding areas, our residential and commercial tenanted properties need regular upkeep and maintenance.

Regular day to day responsibilities include;

Responding to calls from management when there is a need in a property.
General upkeep both internally and externally in properties.
Repair to damages in properties.
Installation/removal of appliances, furniture, hardware etc.
Logging paperwork to document jobs.

We are looking for a multi skilled person(s) with some knowledge and experience of plumbing, electrics, carpentry, grounds keeping, painting/decorating and furniture repair/assembly.

Someone with good time management, organisation, who's adaptable, able to work alone and as part of a team as well as able to follow instruction but also use their own initiative.

We will provide a van and cover the petrol and permit costs.

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per year depending on experience/negotiable
