Job Role:
Customer Service & Property Assistant


Contract Type:
Part Time


Days/Hours:
Wednesdays and Fridays: 17:00-22:00 + Saturdays: 14:00-22:00 (16 hours per week).


Salary:
£10.43 per hour


Company Overview:

PropCall are a specialist call handling service for the property management industry. We provide telephone answering services for small and medium-sized enterprises in the property sector, handling calls on their behalf.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handling PropCall's outofhours calls.
  • Triaging caller requests using standardised guidelines.
  • Administering the accurate and informative recording and processing of calls.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all out of hours calls.
  • Organisation of contractors.
  • Administration of the online maintenance system.

Preferred Skills & Education:


  • Experience within the customer service industry.

Personality & Characteristics:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer focussed attitude.
  • Friendly and polite.
