Description
We have an immediate Full-time opportunity available for an experienced claims handler to join our vibrant team.

Dealing with incoming and making out going phone calls.

Facebook, Instagram and website leads.

Obtaining all the documents required to process claim.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Opening and then dealing with claims using our bespoke case management system;
  • Conducting initial enquiries and investigations as appropriate
  • Ensure full compliance with all office protocols client service level agreements;
  • Achieving on all own handled claims 100% data integrity compliance using our bespoke case management system
  • Undertaking full validation process of claims presented

What you'll do
To work within a Claims environment, processing and handling of new and existing claims.

Managing your own caseload of claims within a delegated authority, aiding and supporting Claims Team Leader and Head of Claims, liaising as necessary with Policyholders, Solicitors, Technical Surveyors and insurers.

Experience you need
Excellent customer service and claims handling experience. Good investigation skills, a strong decision maker and ability to multi task and work under pressure. Able to multi task and react quickly in challenging situations. It would be desirable to have insurance related qualifications or be working towards such as CII.

£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
