Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of CAE projects focused on the structural integrity of battery systems.
• Maintain project schedules. Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• To act as a point of first contact for Structural CAE issues encountered during assembly.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, materials scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy in simulation results.
• Analyze simulation results to optimize battery structural design and assess safety margins.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (minimum 4 years experience related to the battery pack).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading CAE projects with a focus on battery systems, particularly in structural analysis.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading crossfunctional teams.
• Expertise in CAE tools and simulation software related to structural analysis (Abaqus & LS Dyna).
• Indepth knowledge of battery technologies, materials science, and the principles of structural design.
• Working experience with JLR and knowledge of JLR process are added advantages.
• English proficient.
