Description

TSR are recruiting for a Setting Out Engineer to join our clients Construction team.

They are a high end regional Housebuilder who are slowly establishing themselves as a leading name in the residential market.

This position is for their Yorkshire regionwith the majority of sites located around South and West Yorkshire.

As Setting Out Engineer you will be responsible for;

Setting out, levelling and surveying a construction site
Working with site plans & drawings
Mapping structural boundaries on the ground using pegs and markers
Liaising with designers and engineers to ensure planes and drawings are accurate
Overseeing quality control
Monitoring health and safety
Keeping a site diary
Identifying and resolving technical problems
Working in the office and on a construction site

You must experience setting our residential sites, ideally for volume housebuilders.

In return you will be joining a company with an inclusive culture and supportive management team and receive of a salary of circa £45,000 plus package.
