Senior Software Tester, £70k/annum, London (hybrid)
Well-known B2C brand is looking for a Senior Software Tester to join their team. You will be joining our team of 3 testers, working on their global ecommerce platform. To support this traffic, they face and solve interesting tech challenges using the latestcloud technologies available.

The role

Own and drive the QA strategy within your product workstream
Working alongside developers to plan and build automation tests
Creating new and maintaining UI automation tests which are written using JavaScript, Testcafe and Gherkin
Perform manual and automated API tests using Postman
Define test scenarios based on business requirements
Debug, record and manage defects throughout their lifecycle

Skills set needed

Solid understanding of a breadth of testing types and techniques
Experience in maintaining an automation suite, ideally in JavaScript
Proven track record of test planning and manual & automated test execution of webbased systems and APIs
Ability to switch between different projects within the business as required
Be a great team player, strong verbal and written communicator
Strong problemsolving skills and a logical thinker
Experience of Agile principles and practices
Continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to improve
