Hours:40 hours a week


Salary:
£27,000 plus Depot Performance Bonus up to £1,500

  • Create orders for customers and arrange delivery by courier or internally
  • Record all sales / transactions that occur
  • Confirm that parts supplied match with the advice note
  • Assist in keeping parts dept. and counters clean and orderly
  • Treat customers and employees in a courteous manner and maintain a positive relationship
  • Upload parts used by internal workshop staff onto RAMS system
  • Check availability of parts from stock and update stock system on computer
  • Order parts from suppliers to keep stock levels correct
  • Frequently required to carry out manual handling duties
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Ability to listen to customers and discuss their needs.
  • Assist in the receiving and collection of vehicles for repair to include, completion of booking in & out process
  • PC Skills are beneficial
  • Basic Windows and Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to build professional relationships with Customers
  • A sense of urgency able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and also work off own initiative.
We are recruiting a Service & Parts Administrator to join our depot in Bellshill.

As a key member of our team you will support the ordering process and ensure all administration is completed in a timely manner.

Specialist training will be provided, where needed, to develop your existing skills to support our specialist assets.
