Liarna Jessica London Ltd. is seeking a full-time, experienced aesthetician to join our team in London, SW3.

We are looking for someone who is skilled in providing excellent patient care and who can also work well with the team.

Job Description (About you):

We are looking for an
experienced Medical Facialist to join our team.

NVQ Beauty Level 3 (minimum) with +2 years of experience.

You can carry out high quality, effective facial treatments, in line with the clinic's designated protocols.

Be able to treat skin concerns such as acne, pigmentation disorders, rosacea, scarring, skin rejuvenation, and ultimately help our clients achieve the skin of their dreams.

Carry out skin consultations with prospective clients to determine individual needs and to make recommendations on appropriate treatment plans and products.

Deliver exceptional customer care and develop a professional rapport with clients, ensuring that they are confident and satisfied with their treatments.

Promote and recommend products and services, maximising opportunities for sales and referrals.


Requirements:

Minimum VTCT Level 3 or City & Guilds beauty related qualification.

Minimum 2 years experience.

A passion for skincare and aesthetics with good working knowledge of the beauty/aesthetic industry.

Desired / advantageous if you are ZO skin health trained.

Desired / advantageous if you are trained in any advanced skin care treatments such as laser skin treatments, microneedling, radio frequency.

etc.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to operate independently and efficiently in a busy environment.

Confidence to recommend products and treatments effectively.

A polished appearance and professional manner. Excellent team work ethic.

Aptitude towards continual learning.

Successful consultation conversion.

Proven ability to achieve individual sales targets for both retail and services.

Be able to commute to our clinics in Chelsea and Wapping.

£21,500.00-£32,000.00 per year
