The Head of Operations is a member of the Guild's Senior Management Team and is responsible for day-to-day management of our operations, including: ensuring that staff are supported through effective line-management and individual development opportunities; implementing/overseeing financial and policy controls appropriate to the Guild, and; supporting innovation and project-related work in-line with our goal to help students achieve their personal best.

• To direct and oversee the Operations staff team, leading the team's delivery and operational planning, alongside providing department support to relevant student leaders
• To ensure all activities related to Guild operations are delivered to an excellent standard and in line with the Guild's strategic and annual plans
• To innovate and develop the Guild's operations, with a key involvement in the strategic development of UCB Guild as part of the Guild's Senior Management Team
