Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and prescribed physical exercises.
Implement strategies to enhance clients' mobility and independence.

Meal Assistance:
Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary preferences and restrictions.
Support clients with feeding, as necessary.

Emotional and Social Support:
Foster companionship by engaging in meaningful interactions.
Offer emotional support to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Household Management:
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, ensuring a clean and safe living environment.
Support clients in organizing their living space.

Health Monitoring:

Report any changes in clients' health conditions to the healthcare team.

Transportation Assistance:

Adherence to Policies:

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience in a care role, preferably in a home care setting.
Relevant certification or qualification in health and social care.
Familiarity with health and safety practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Working Conditions:

The role may involve flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
