    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our dynamic Retail team. This pivotal role involves supporting the management team in motivating team members to achieve targets and maintaining a safe, efficient store environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales by monitoring team KPIs and leading by example with exceptional service
    • Work with the store leadership team to ensure clarity of business plan is cascaded throughout the team
    • Provide in-depth knowledge of our brand and products to customers and team members
    • Engage in duties that support store operations
    • Support store management in team development
