Job Overview:


A client facing role for a national client to ensure smooth delivery of planned and reactive hard services in line with contractual SLA's and KPI's, you will represent the clients needs within the world of Mitie.


The role is based at Mitie's Birmingham Office with some allowance for home working and occasional visits to client sites.


Main Duties

  • Endtoend management of PPM works
  • Produce monthly PPM schedules from Dashboards for subcontractors
  • Chasing Mitie Schedulers and external subcontractors for PPM certification to meet contractual deadlines
  • Processing certification in Mitie's Maximo system to close work orders with the correct work outcome codes
  • Management of nonsatisfactory works to ensure remedial works are complete and/or quoted in line with contractual spend limits
  • Management of work backlog
  • Support Account Manager with finance queries
  • Producing weekly Quote Report and management of approvals/rejections
  • Arrange and attend client meetings via Teams or in person, taking notes and following up actions
  • Keeping asset information in Mitie's CAFM system up to date adding or removing assets and PPM records
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities deemed necessary by the business to support the delivery of the contract.

  • Must be able to interpret certification to gauge if additional works are required
  • Great communicator, ability to build relations with the client and innternal /external departments
  • Previous experience of customer facing role in a busy FM environment desirable
  • Proven communication skills
  • Must be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Flexible
