Trainer to make a real difference to public services through delivering excellent

customer service training. You will be joining a high-performing Engagement Team within Shared Services designing and facilitating engaging customer service workshops.
  • Our Shared Services Centre delivers to over 100,000 customers across Hampshire County Council, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service, Oxfordshire County Council, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council.
  • You will be responsible for facilitating interactive and engaging customer service workshops that build skills and behaviours that create positive customer experiences as well as delivering workshops that meet external accreditation standards of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS).
