Join the Policy Products team and play a vital role in implementing regulaty compliance products while providing suppt to governments.
They are seeking a skilled
Policy Compliance Associate with experience in regulaty compliance, project management abilities, a passion f client service, and the ability to wk independently and collabatively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in regulaty products and effectively communicate their functionalities to various teams within the ganization and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the internal intake process f new regulaty product requirements, including collecting and incpating essential infmation from government entities to facilitate product development. Collabate with engineering and operations teams to manage the implementation process on behalf of the Policy team.
- Implement a range of nontechnical solutions, such as responsible hosting pages and customer service guidelines, following the enactment of relevant laws regulations.
- Facilitate onboarding government personnel onto the suite of products tailed to their specific jurisdictions. This may involve creating webinars conducting live training sessions.
- Serving as the main point of contact f government users once they have completed the onboarding process, providing assistance and addressing any questions. Some queries can be addressed with predefined responses, while others may require customized replies through internal crossfunctional collabation.
- Collabate with governments in Europe and Asia, within wking hours suitable f both regions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in regulaty compliance /and customer service role.
- Experience wking with ganizations from public sect and government.
- Strong communication skills and ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Experience with Salesfce, Asana, and Jira is advantageous.
