Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Electricians and Electricians Mates to join our team on a sub-contract basis working on a New Hotel Development until Jan/Feb 2025.

You will be responsible for installing electrical systems and equipment. Your expertise in electrical work will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.


Duties:

• Install electrical systems, inclusive of containment systems, wiring, accessories and distribution boards in accordance with local and national electrical codes
• Capable of reading construction drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout of electrical systems
• Installation of lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within specified timelines
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents or hazards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrician/Mate in a similar role
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for electrical work
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry
• Familiarity with local and national electrical codes
• Ability to read drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues
• Detailoriented with a focus on precision and accuracy
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
