Treasury Operations Assistant
Salary:
£26,000 per annum + 10% annual bonus
Hybrid working - Burgh Heath Epsom hours
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Treasury Operations Assistant to join a very well-known brand based in Epsom.
- Experience of working in a busy, high volume corporate treasury or bank backoffice function
- Solid A level results
- Desirable experience with a Treasury Management System utilisation
On the job training will be provided, we recognise we all learn differently, and we want to ensure that our training will suit your learning style.

Requirements:
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Processing deal confirmations
- Preparing and processing the daily payments of cashflows
- ABS processing and communication with banks
- Maintaining authorised signatory lists
- Review of system users compared to User profile reports
- Rate setting on financial contracts at periodic intervals
- Group company loan administration
- Running and managing Compliance reports/monthend reporting deliverables
- Maintain and develop procedures
- Dispute resolution
