Responsibilities:


  • Ownership of business processes and operational procedures
  • Day to day management of the office infrastructure ensuring the facilities is properly maintained.
  • Weekly/monthly reporting and tracking
  • Databases Maintenance
  • Recruitment Team Support
  • Meetings support, reports and actions creations, actions followup
  • Meetings and events organisation, e.g., Team away days / recruitment fairs
  • Admin support and diary management to senior Directors on ad hoc basis
  • Sales Team support with business intelligence, company research etc.
  • Group marketing link to find information re industry sectors.
  • Campaigns Management (setting events, web conferencing etc and follow up)
  • Support to identify and complete RFP's, collect proposals that are similar, policies collection etc.
Skills and requirements

  • Proactive, approachable, well organised and a strong communicator
  • Passionate about closing loops and following actions through to completion.
  • High attention to detail and practical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to learn new procedures and support systems quickly.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office suite. Accounting software experience useful.
  • Good experience and skills in proofreading, collating documents, including formatting and sensechecking.
  • The ability to work autonomously.
