RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining accounts, verifying and posting transactions
- Processing customer invoices and payments
- Processing supplier invoice and payments
- Document and file administration
- Assist in preparing end of year accounts for the accountant
COMPETENCES REQUIRED:
- At least 2 years experience working as a bookkeeper or within a finance team
- Excellent general administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to manage your own time effectively
- Quickbooks experience preferred
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Good communication skills
