Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Maintaining accounts, verifying and posting transactions
  • Processing customer invoices and payments
  • Processing supplier invoice and payments
  • Document and file administration
  • Assist in preparing end of year accounts for the accountant

COMPETENCES REQUIRED:


  • At least 2 years experience working as a bookkeeper or within a finance team
  • Excellent general administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage your own time effectively
  • Quickbooks experience preferred
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Good communication skills
