gtd healthcare _are investing in the Trainee Advanced Clinical Practice programme as part of growing our own ACP workforce.

As a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will be funded to undertake your MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice at an allocated university and follow a structured programme to enable you to become an autonomous practitioner within a clinical setting.

To facilitate your learning, _gtd healthcare _will provide the relevant mentorship, support and guidance from senior medical and non-medical clinicians within our multidisciplinary team who will empower you to become competent and confident emerging ACP.

Additionally, we have a network of highly skilled ACPs from a diverse clinical background (pharmacy, physiotherapy, paramedic, and nursing) who support the trainee programme.

You will be able gain skills, knowledge and experience by working within this team of clinicians as they support your development along your learning journey.

To support your development, you will be allocated 15hours protected time per week to attend university and undertake placements to progress in all four pillars of advanced practice.

You will also be able to access further learning opportunities / teaching sessions via _gtd healthcare _Academy to enhance your knowledge and skills within key areas.
