As a Supervisor you will assist the Store Manager in managing employees and all aspects of store operation to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and the achievement of sales targets.
- has retail experience.- has excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and deliver to company standards;
- has a passion for retail excellence and customer service;
- has the drive to develop their team and store to the highest level;
- has exceptional organisational and planning skills;
- has the ability to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer.
You will be given full training during your induction process.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£10.82 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
