Transport Administrator based at our

Aberdeen
***Depot.

The position of Transport Administrator involves:

Working with the Customer Service Team to ensure deliveries are scheduled as per customer requirements.
Working with the Customer Service Team in the event delays or issues are encountered to ensure good communication with the customer.
Instructing, managing and debriefing drivers.
Ensuring that vehicle activity is planned in the most efficient manner.
Meeting daily and weekly revenue targets per shift per vehicle.
Working closely with the Transport Manager and colleagues to deliver an exceptional quality of service to customers.
Pricing and quoting customers.
