CMA is delighted to be recruiting for our property management sector client based on the outskirts of Poole, they have a requirement for an Accounts Assistant to join their organisation on a permanent basis.


What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

  • You will be processing sales ledger and purchase ledger payments on a daily basis;
  • Weekly bank reconciliations and ensuring any discrepancies are identified and correctly;
  • Payroll on a weekly and monthly basis for employees and resolving any queries;
  • Assisting in month end processes and basic reporting as an when required.
  • You will ideally have a good understanding of transactional finance, this includes sales ledger, purchase ledger and reconciliations;
  • Experience in payroll is highly beneficial and this will help fit into this role quickly;
  • Its beneficial to be a driver as the location is quite rural.
