Description
Working for a chain of attractive design-led workspaces based at landmark buildings across London, we are looking to hire an experienced fabric technician/ internals multi trader to play a key role within the operations of the organisation


The role would be responsible for ensuring that visual standards in the buildings are maintained to an excellent standard, performing maintenance tasks throughout the network.

Core hours are
08:30 to 17:00.

Overtime is paid at
£33
per hour.
Weekends are also available should this suit your schedule.


Must have:

  • An ability to carry out the following tasks: minor plumbing works, building flat pack furniture, minor electricals, carpet tiling, moving furniture, replacing door handles, painting/finishing trades.
  • Ability to work with basic technology, such as smart phone apps for job lists.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use reporting and tasks management tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel is desirable
  • Ability to manage several jobs simultaneously
  • Prior experience in a maintenance role
