You will be responsible for all the website and Spare Room adverts and should feel confident in dealing with a variety of stakeholders and the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Taking internal and external photographs of all Global Guardians buildings that need to be advertised
Taking internal and external videos of all Global Guardians buildings that need to be advertised
Editing photographs using software
Editing videos using software
Create property adverts for the website
Create property adverts for Spare Room
Uploading virtual tours to YouTube
Manage adverts daily to ensure all platforms are accurate in accordance with the CRM system

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must have a UK driving licence
Strong photography skills and photography experience
Have excellent time, planning and project management skills
Be able to flawlessly present and communicate in both written and verbal forms

Office Hours:
Full-time Monday to Friday. Office based role 9:00-5:30. One hour lunch

£25,000.00 per year
