Team Administrator

Could be suitable for experienced admin who worked in busy Reception/office environment with the ability work as part of a team to organise and prioritise own workload.


Temporary role, Placement duration would be up to 12 weeks and there are likely to be other opportunities for work in the department and NHSP.

This role is based at Mary Chapman House, Norwich and required for Full time Mon-Fri (8.45am to 5pm)

Band & Pay:
Band 2, with pay of £9.49 per hour


Responsibilities as a Team admin:


  • Post holder will be assisting in processing of Referrals using an ereferral system Data entry / collation from electronic systems and via use of Excel spreadsheets
  • Booking appointments, General administrative duties (post, photocopying, scanning etc), Updating Patient Record System (Lorenzo), Reception duties including greeting visitors, young service users and their families Dealing with telephone enquiries from parents / carers, service users and professionals.


It is essential that the post holder has excellent communication and inter-personal skills, as you will be liaising with patients, families and other health and social care professionals on a daily basis.
