Description
Baldwin Building Services is a growing construction company with a focus on full house renovations, extensions and new builds. We are recruiting for multiple qualified and experienced trade people to join our growing team. We employ across all trades, including, but not limited; to plasterers, joiners, plumbers, electricians and brick layers.

We are currently looking for an experienced and qualified bricklayer to join our team.


Desirable but not essential:

  • Driving licence
  • CSCS card
  • Experience working with stone
  • Experience working with tiled paving
  • Experience operating machinery eg excavators and dumper trucks
Must be confident working both alone and as part of a team. Experience working on building sites or with apprentices is desirable.

Job Types:

Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lancaster, LA1 3NX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- trade: 4 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
