The role


Responsible for the integrity of the core systems Sales & Customer Support use to process organiser and exhibitor ancillary orders, in association with conventions and exhibitions events across the NEC, ICC and VOX.


To facilitate the Sales & Customer Support sales process by compiling, validating and uploading exhibitor data into CRM System and provide in depth support to the wider Sales & Customer Support team.

Produce management information on a regular basis to assistwith decision making.


Key Responsibilites

  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of NEC Group Sales & Customer Supports range of products, services and processes.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and ongoing development of the all core systems Sales & Customer Support use to ensure the systems deliver effectively within the business.
  • Maintain core systems, to ensure quality management information can be produced on a regular basis to aid and improve operational activity.
  • To aid the sales process ensure exhibitor data is compiled, validated and uploaded into CRM system in line with service level agreement.
  • Ensure the defined processes are followed to ensure governance of the data held in the system
  • Ensure documentation and training materials are up to date
  • Coordinate implementation activities for any new systems or processes.
  • As system expert provide guidance to the team on the use of core systems. This will involve responding to system related queries and resolving them.

Skills and Experience

  • Computer literate to high level with Microsoft Office & other systems
  • Experience of maintaining and configuring systems
  • Excellent attention to detail whilst working at pace
  • Experience of producing high quality management information
  • Good time management and organisational skills, with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Able to selfmanageDemonstrates excellent customer care and team working skills
  • Good communicator, both written and verbal to all levels with ability to exercise discretion when required.
