Job Title:
Graduate Operations Co-ordinator/Clinic Administrator


Emcare & Stewart First Aid Training are looking for a full time administrator to help us with day to day operations administration and dealing with client requests.


Location:
Glasgow City Centre (adjacent to Glasgow Central Station)

Hours: 8am start Monday to Friday hrs per week)


Salary:
£23,000 per annum


Duties will include:

  • Answering telephone calls confidently, listening to clients and giving information regarding products and services
  • Setting training rooms each day to ensure that they remain client facing
  • Preparing of tea/coffee stations in all training rooms
  • Stock control including taking receipt, unpacking/checking off and tracking of stock
  • Equipment management for trainers ie preparing kit for collection and moving of kit to collection areas.
  • Administration and reception area cover for our travel health clinic.
  • General office administration duties to meet the needs of the business

Key attributes:

  • Experience in customer service and office administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft software and CRMs
  • Excellent time keeping skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
