Associate Consultant

As one of the UK's largest independent HR and Finance Cloud technology consultancy, Veran is looking for ambitious recent graduates to join our Consulting Pathway program.

You will be given the opportunity to develop your Consulting skills quickly and will be involved in many different aspects of our project lifecycle, including Functional Business Process Design across HR, Payroll and Finance, Data Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, and Change Management.

Our Consulting Pathway programme is geared to get you up to speed and contributing to our client projects within 3 months.

You will mix on the job learning with tailored training sessions designed to ensure you have a high level of understanding of what we do, how we do it and what the expected outcomes are for our clients.

Desired Skills and Experience

A minimum 2:2 degree
Experience in using MS Office tools, especially Excel and Powerpoint
An interest in how technology supports and drives business in general and the ability to pick up new concepts quickly
A strong desire to learn and grow and the ambition to be the best at what you do
Excellent interpersonal skills supported by some client or customerfacing work experience
A willingness to get involved in a variety of activities and to be flexible in your approach
A desire to work in a small company, being proactive and independent, whilst being an excellent team player
