Sales Segments:
SoHo, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), Corporate and Public Sector & Wholesale. SoHo in this context considers 1-5 employee companies and SME considers 6-250 employee companies.


As a key role of the SME Channel Management & Sales Distribution team, this role works across our shared sales channels ensuring they are optimised to deliver our MTP.


This role sits within the SME Channel Improvement team and is responsible for delivering improvements in colleague and customer experience across our multiple sales channels.

You'll own and deliver projects that improve the commercial outcomes from our sales channels.

Accountabilities

  • Accountable for delivering Sales strategy including KPI's and priorities for specific Sales channel
  • Work on improvements across SME to impact commercial targets using data analysis and stakeholder feedback
  • Translate colleague and customer feedback into actionable work packages.
  • Maintain a clear workstack and prioritise the projects and work packages according to business impact.
  • Deliver improvements into the sales channels using a variety of methods and approaches.
  • Ensure appropriate communication of improvement activities into the channels and to key stakeholders.
  • Champion a continuous improvement culture within the sales channels.
  • Ensure regular feedback is collated from key stakeholders
  • Ensure all improvements are well understood by all impacted or involved parties.

Skills Required
