Want to find a better way? As a Process Technologist with Reckitt, you'll have the freedom to improve the way we take products from trial and testing into production.


Process Technologist

Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire

You'll be the link between new product development and the production teams. You'll help us manufacture and pack both new and existing products. You'll engineer new processes and lead trials. You'll install new equipment and improve our existing production capability. You'll ensure our operation is safe, efficient and delivers outstanding results. Every time.

Your responsibilities:


  • Implement the Technology Transfer process and to ensure that robust reproducible and efficient manufacturing processes are transferred into Production from R&D, contract manufacturers or other Reckitt sites.
  • Implement process development and improvement in the areas of cost, quality and customer service.
  • Continuously review manufacturing processes on the Hull or Nottingham sites and at contract manufacturers to determine the most cost effective supply strategy.
  • Manage projects within budgets and deadlines to ensure implementation of the supply/technical strategy.

The experience we're looking for:


  • You have excellent Project Management skills.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence.
  • You have in depth knowledge & experience of manufacturing technology.
