Customer Engineer Coordinator

£10.66 p/h to start.
Contract:
On-going Temporary. Start ASAP
Location:
Warwick CV34. Office based.
Working Shifts: 8:30-17:00 / 9:00-17:30 (flexible) 37.5 hours p/w

This could be the job for you
Due to staff progression/promotion and growth, our client are now eager to welcome 2 x new Customer Engineer Coordinators.
What you will be doing:
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers (domestic and commercial)
- Ordering parts and materials for projects
- Project administrative support
- Managing supplier invoices
- Coordinate safety projects (ensure customer site and works are compliant and safe)
What would make you a great fit:
- Confident to challenge where applicable
- Appetite to learn and progress
- Experience of customer service is beneficial but not essential
- Great organisational skills are essential
Our client is more focused on finding someone who would be a great team fit, which means
previous experience in a similar field is not essential.
The team are friendly, passionate about getting the job done, great team players and all have a range of career backgrounds (retail, graduates, administrators ).
