Customer Engineer Coordinator


Salary:
£10.66 p/h to start.


Contract:
On-going Temporary. Start ASAP


Location:
Warwick CV34. Office based.


Working Shifts: 8:30-17:00 / 9:00-17:30 (flexible) 37.5 hours p/w

Due to staff progression/promotion and growth, our client are now eager to welcome 2 x new Customer Engineer Coordinators.


What you will be doing:

  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers (domestic and commercial)
  • Ordering parts and materials for projects
  • Project administrative support
  • Managing supplier invoices
  • Coordinate safety projects (ensure customer site and works are compliant and safe)

What would make you a great fit:

  • Confident to challenge where applicable
  • Appetite to learn and progress
  • Experience of customer service is beneficial but not essential
  • Great organisational skills are essential


Our client is more focused on finding someone who would be a great team fit, which means
previous experience in a similar field is not essential.
