Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering one of the UKs leading Financial Services business who due to continued expansion are seeking to add a Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CTA Corporate Tax Manager.


Reporting to the Head of Tax, the role holder will be responsible for providing tax services to the Group, including Corporation Tax and Value Added Tax.

Services will include tax compliance and submission of appropriate tax and related returns for the Group.

Your duties will include but not be limited too:

  • Preparation of annual corporation tax computations for the Just Retirement Group companies
  • Preparation of accurate and timely quarterly tax provisions for IFRS and PRA reporting for review.
  • Group tax consolidation at year end and interim.
  • Preparation of the quarterly VAT return, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Provide advice to the Expenses team for accurate reporting and to the financial accountants for tax purposes.
  • Preparation of working papers to support the calculation of the Partial Exemption Special Methodology and the annual adjustment.

You will have the following skill set:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CTA Qualified
  • Be looking to make the first move from practice or have qualified within industry within a Corporate Tax position
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Current and up to date VAT & Corporate Tax knowledge.
