Regional Training Lead (Part-Time, 30 Hours per Week)

Role Overview:
As the Regional Training Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in our journey. You'll coordinate, develop, and deliver employee training. This includes mandatory and legislative training, as well as facilitating access to external training opportunities.
A full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential as up to 50% of your time is spent commuting to our various sites in Norfolk and Suffolk.

Regulatory Familiarity: Knowledge of social care practices, legislation, and requirements.

Tech-Savvy: Competency in IT systems and maintaining training records.

Education and Training: Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively deliver exceptional training with a customerfacing approach.
- Ensure consistent, highquality training that meets regulatory requirements.
- Assist the Regional Support Manager in coordinating internal initiatives.
- Facilitate facetoface training sessions and induction programs for care home employees, promoting an inclusive and positive learning culture.
- Identify and support individuals with specific training needs through coaching, mentoring, and refresher sessions.
