Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced person to join our growing business in the Real Estate Portfolio & Programme Management team (REPPM) as a Programme Manager.


Our team takes pride in being mission-focused, working on some of the most exciting and purposeful programmes and portfolios nationally and globally.

We work collaboratively with our clients, regulatory bodies, and other consultancies to help our clients realise their objectives.


We provide leadership at programme and portfolio level, creating the space for our private and public sector clients to deliver a green, inclusive and productive world.


Our programmes cover work across the globe and offer exciting challenges and exposure to some of the most innovative schemes in the marketplace.


We would like to speak with people who can deliver high portfolio and/or programme management performance, take the lead role when delivering scope with some of our major clients, and who have the desire to support the growth of our business in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:


EXPERIENCE
- >3 years' experience managing portfolios/programmes, real estate portfolio/programme management experience desirable

  • Strong and current understanding of portfolio/programme management requirements and how it relates to real estate
  • Proven ability to work in relevant portfolio/programme management process and systems
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and written

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field;
  • Professional membership desirable.
