Venn Groups specialist Public Sector Legal Team are seeking a
Locum Corporate Property Lawyer to join the Property Team of a large Public Body based in the
West Midlands


This assignment is for a daily rate of
up to £400 per day Umbrella, dependent upon the individuals relevant experience.


The duties for this role may include:

  • Preparing, negotiating and advising on all aspects relating to commercial property work
  • Managing a varied commercial property portfolio including handling transactional matters
  • Handling commercial leases, licences, easements and commercial lease agreements
  • Drafting and negotiating various commercial property documents on behalf of the Council
  • Representing clients in negotiations and discussions with third parties
