ELFS Shared Services, as a business division of Northern Care Alliance Foundation Trust.

You will join the Accounts Receivable section of ELFS Shared Services. You must be able to deal with a high volume of customer accounts and chase debt efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing customer query resolution.

You must have strong organisational skills and be a focused individual. You must be a good team player with excellent communication and IT skills.


If you are a good communicator with a tactful manner and can keep calm while working under pressure this job may suit you.


You will be responsible for the recovery of outstanding debt and will utilise the computerised Credit Control database and Dashboards to chase debt effectively.

Ensure any communications are conducted professionally and courteously ensuring confidential information is not disclosed to any unauthorised personnel

You will be expected to plan your own workload, working to specified targets assigned by the Deputy Credit Controller.

Excellent communication/keyboard skills are necessary for this role.


You will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, interpreting and responding professionally to all queries received from Customers, ELFS and NON ELFS staff across the client organisations.
