WornWell Vintage clothing store has an exciting new job vacancy for a permanent concession store supervisor position. The store offers an exciting concept within the Primark store.

At Wornwell, we provide a huge range of vintage clothing. We only ever select the best items.

Our slogan is 'Vintage clothing Worn Well.' We love to see fashion constantly evolving while having the chance to offer you the opportunity to purchase a piece of history and give them the new life they deserve.

You will have the opportunity to be our brand supervisor and will be involved in the set up and support for a small team to motivate, mentor, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service and brand recognition.

We are looking for someone who has previous retail experience and knowledge to deliver a fantastic retailer experience.

Someone who is able to confidently work well in a team and also be able to lead and help mentor, supervise and motivate a small team of staff.

As a concession supervisor we would expect someone who is open and honest with good communication between both your team and customers.

You would be expected to have excellent customer management skills and be able to handle all customer related issues and make decisions for the best interests of the customers

Our concession store is open 7 days a week and you would be working a variation of hours within store opening hours this will require some weekend work also.

Knowledge of the industry and trends is essential.

You role would be to maintain a high standard with store visual image and merchandising helping to drive sales goals.
