An opportunity has arisen for a supervisor role with the Facilities Management Services team.

The team supports corporate council buildings and staff by providing administrative support, including mail room duties, financial administrative support, building management including meeting room co-ordination and reception facilities and a wide variety of other tasks.


This role provides supervisory support to the team in a busy office environment and is line manager in the team.

You will need to have experience of working in an administrative background, have a flexible approach to work.

The fast-paced environment requires an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and to be adaptable to changing demands and priorities.


Good organisational and prioritisation skills are essential and the ability to use a range of software packages to deliver financial and administrative support including raising orders, processing invoices.

You will be responsible for managing and administration of petty cash, and financial reconciliation, so experience of working in a financial background is essential.

This role is based at council buildings in Scunthorpe and Brigg.
