Are you a confident bubbly individual who enjoys talking to people and who has some office experience?

Our client is within the welfare facilities industry and is looking for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join their growing team based in Chelmsford.

You will be part of a friendly medium sized team taking incoming inquiries from prospective customers and dealing with quotations, inputting and processing order details and following up on previous enquiries.

This is not a call centre environment but does involve a high volume of telephone work answering customer queries.
