Responsibilities:
- Working within the Acquisition team to collate, prepare and review the Financial Due Diligence
- Preparing transaction documentation on each acquisition
- Preparation of practice budget P&Ls
- Ensuring the Finance Functions are introduced for all new acquisitions onto Todays Dental platforms
Qualifications:
- Qualified AAT technician status or higher (partqualified/finalist)
Essential experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Minimum 3 years finance experience
Desirable experience:
- Dental M&A
- Financial Due Diligence
- Financial modelling
- Knowledge of Xero and Quickbooks

£30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
