The Opportunity
Excellent opportunity for a Site Administrator to work on a large scale new build residential scheme in Brighton, East Sussex with future opportunities on various sites throughout the UK.
This Site Administrator opportunity based in Brighton will have a focus on compiling handover information of practical completion for this £60M development, but little experience is required in the tasks - only competence in using a computer, and operating Microsoft Excel.
It's a great opportunity to learn these tasks to use again in future projects, and would be suitable for someone recently finished school, college or university with an interest in administration and construction, or an experienced Document Controller.
Additional will include:
- Responsible for implementation of document control processes and systems.
- Archiving all site documentation recording & numbering appropriately to ensure all documentation is traceable
- Maintaining site registers for design reviews & reviewing & updating technical documents
- Generating document numbers
- Quality & accuracy checking all documentation and communications & editing where required
- Issuing communication status & liaising with all business departments
- General site administration duties including adhoc tasks
- Distributing project documentation to internal teams

- £150 - £200 per day dependant on experience
- Flexible working/Flexible Hours available
- Initial 3 month contract with permanent opportunities available
