Description

To provide customer service to this highly reputable company's customers with a focus and commitment to meeting team quality and performance levels.

You will be working within the customer banking closures team dealing with customer telephone correspondence and basic administrative processing tasks.


Desired Experience
Some previous administrative and customer service experience is preferable. Ideally the administrative experience would include working to service level agreements, processing customer requests, data entry.

Hybrid role 3 days office 2 days working from home although for the first few weeks this would be full time in office (during training / learning in post)

Office hours 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday

Good administration skills

Good communication skills

Hourly rate depending on experience - £ p/h


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 4 months


Salary:
£12.39-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Hybrid remote in Bristol
