Building Surveyor

Surrey

up to £65,000 basic


Howells are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Building Surveyor, who is looking to work on a wide range of projects.

Our client provides a range of excellent services for commercial and residential clients, all delivered tothe highest standards.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Regular residential building surveys
  • Compile accurate and succinct reports
  • Project Management and Contract Administration
  • Preparation of detailed Schedule of Works and Specification writing

WHAT THEY WILL NEED FROM YOU:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience as a Building Surveyor
  • Organised and used to managing your own workload
  • RICS Chartered (MRICS)
  • Hold a full driving licence and own vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills
